SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (EMPLOYMENT)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To coordinate and control activities related to the appointments and terminations of staff within the Company to ensure that policies and procedures are correctly followed.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
• Five years of experience in a human resources environment
• Good knowledge and understanding of human resource policies, procedures, systems, and other relevant acts and legislation
• Good (written & verbal) communication, problem solving, analytical, planning and interpersonal skills
• Numerical skills
• Computer literacy
