PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To market and sell TransNamib Holdings Limited products and services in the area of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • Three years’ experience in a Marketing & Sales environment, preferably in a transport services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of transport and logistic operations and business general business principles, knowledge and understanding of market segmentation.
  • Selling skills, negotiation skills, good communication skills (verbal &written) analytical skills, problem solving skills.
  • Self-starting initiatives, creativity, flexibility, integrity, independence, courageous, assertiveness, time management, persistent, consistent, goal directedness, ability to maintain sound interpersonal relations.
