PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To develop, execute, co-ordinate and control the Performance Management system programs, projects and processes that are aimed at evaluating, measuring and improving employees’ performance, analyze the impact of employee’s performance and ensuring that organizational strategies are met

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification
  • Five years’ practical experience in HR of which two years should have been spent in developing, implementation or evaluating performance management utilizing the Balance Scorecard organization in large organization
  • Knowledge and understanding of performance management systems, performance appraisals, balance scorecard, good understanding of performance management matrix and other related performance management system tools.
  • Training and facilitation skills, coaching and mentoring skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, project management skills, planning, evaluation and research skills, adaptability and excellent report writing skills, leadership skills
  • Self-starting initiatives, emotional maturity/self-control, assertiveness, goal directedness, independent, consistency, time management, sensitivity/empathy and stress management
