PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To co-ordinate and control all training and development programs within the context of organizational goals that will contribute to the Company’s achieving its objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualifications
• Five years’ experience in the human resources environment of which at least two years should have been at a junior management level
• Proven track record in corporate training, business processes, organizational development interventions
• In-depth understanding of Human Resources development in a corporate setting
• Training, coaching and mentoring skills
• Team building and leadership skills
• Job evaluation, OD and organizational behavior modeling
• OD and organizational behavior modeling
• Statistical analysis and computer literacy skills

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Resource Management

• Human Resources Audit
• Administration duties
