PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To manage and control human resource functions within the Company in order to provide a competent workforce that satisfies the Company’s business needs and to ensure the integrity of the human resources system, information and equitable remuneration.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• B. Degree in human resources management or equivalent qualification
• Five (5) years’ experience in the human resources environment of which at least three (3) years should have been spent at Junior management level
• Working knowledge of human resources management processes, HR interventions and human resources planning, understanding of HR issues in a corporate set-up and working knowledge of implementing HR systems and payroll administration
• Coaching and mentoring skills, team building, leadership skills, problem solving skills, planning (short –medium and long term), analytical skills, good interpersonal relations and communication skills
• Self-starting initiatives, emotional maturity/ self-control, assertiveness, goal directness, awareness, independent, inquisitive, stress management, and flexibility
