Human Resources Officer

Department: Human Resources Services
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide human resources administrative services with regard to employment (e.g. recruitment and selection, engagement and placement, induction, transfers and promotions, employment termination) in a specific area to ensure that the company’s manpower needs are met.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification
• Three years of experience in a Human Resources field
• Knowledge and understanding of Human Resource discipline, policies, procedures, processes, and systems
• Good communication, interpersonal and team building skills
• Assertiveness, persistent, consistent, good time management, self-starting initiatives, independent, goal directedness, and self-control
• Ability to keep confidential information
• Computer literacy
