PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide an efficient, effective and responsive secretarial and administrative support services and general office duties of confidentiality nature in the office of the Chief Executive Officer. This includes first point of contact direction, time management, correspondences, disposition and resolutions.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Diploma in Office Management/ or Technology Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification

Five years’ experience in Corporate and Executive Management administrative environment of a large organization.

Excellent knowledge of executive management administrative duties and broad knowledge and understanding of related Information Technology office management programmes.

Typing skills (net speed of 50 wpm), computer literacy (advanced levels, excellent command of English (oral and written), ability to maintain sound interpersonal relations, organizing, and planning skills, customer interaction and record keeping.

Ability to act independently, emotionally mature, tactful, diligent ability to keep confidential information, friendly and pleasant dispositions, accuracy, tidiness, honest, assertive, excellent time management and self-starting initiatives.
