EMPLOYEES WELLNESS COORDINATOR

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To develop, manage and implement the Company employee wellness framework and strategies that promote and maintain a well-balanced lifestyle for all Company employees, that will contribute to the achievement of the Company’s strategic objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• B. Degree in Health Sciences or equivalent qualification plus registration with the appropriate professional body.
• Five years of experience in employee wellness and employee counseling in a large organization
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of employee health programs and lifestyle fields, in-depth understanding of occupational health, safety, environment, and relevant regulations.
• Interpersonal skills, analytical skills, good communication skills, occupational health & safety counseling, problem solving and planning skills (short, medium and long term), computer skills, listening, project management and time management skills
• Self-starting initiatives, creativity, independence, assertive, persistent and consistent, flexible, integrity and ability to work with a wide variety of people, time management, visionary, and goal
directed, persuasive, and innovative.
