PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To co-ordinate and control the overall employment administration functions of the Company in order to ensure effective and efficient human resources services with regard to the correct and accurate recruitment and placement of suitably qualified employees.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
  • Five years’ experience in a Human Resource environment of which five should be at Senior Human Resources Officer level
  • Good knowledge and understanding of human resource disciplines. Policies, procedures, systems and other relevant Acts, regulations and legislations
  • Good (written and verbal), communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Planning (medium and short term) and interpersonal skills
  • Numerical and analytical skills
  • Computer literacy
